CV Resources is looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to join our client's tight-knit accounting team temporarily, starting in January 2025. You’ll play a key role in keeping our client's financial operations running smoothly while covering a maternity leave. What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, dependable personality eager to grow in AP.
- Experience with AP is great, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
- Familiarity with Infor Sx.e or Excel is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage an alphabetical vendor portfolio, from scanning invoices to processing payments.
- Post transactions accurately using Infor Sx.e and Excel.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager, Controller, and the rest of the accounting team.
- Ensure payments are processed on time with a reliable and upbeat approach.
