AP Coordinator

CV Resources is looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to join our client's tight-knit accounting team temporarily, starting in January 2025. You’ll play a key role in keeping our client's financial operations running smoothly while covering a maternity leave. What We’re Looking For: A positive, dependable personality eager to grow in AP.Experience with AP is great, but we’re open to training the right candidate.Familiarity with Infor Sx.e or Excel is a plus, but not required.Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. What You’ll Do: Manage an alphabetical vendor portfolio, from scanning invoices to processing payments.Post transactions accurately using Infor Sx.e and Excel.Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager, Controller, and the rest of the accounting team.Ensure payments are processed on time with a reliable and upbeat approach.Ready to Join Us?
