We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our compounding group in the manufacturing of personal care products, including soaps, lotions, and body washes. As a compounder, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing materials to form batches of product for the filling machines. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Shifts and Pay
  • $20-23/hr
  • 1st shift 6am-2:30pm
    • Mon-Fri
  • AM Weekend 6am-6pm
    • Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon
  • PM Weekend 6pm-6am
    • Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon
Responsibilities
  • Measure and mix materials to create product batches.
  • Ensure accurate formulation of products as per specifications.
  • Operate and monitor mixing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
  • Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Essential Skills
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $50440.00

Medical, Dental and Vision plan. 401K w/ 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 2. Short term and long term disability, EAP program.

This is a fully onsite position in Canal Winchester,OH.
