Salary: Operations Clerk

Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the warehouse industry? We are currently seeking an Operations Clerk for the Night Shift to work at a reputable warehouse facility. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong computer skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you

Sunday-Thursday-8:00PM-4:30AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate records using computer systems, ensuring proper documentation of all relevant warehouse activities.
  • Data Entry & Report Generation: Efficiently handle data entry tasks and generate reports through mainframe downloads, as well as word processing.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist with resolving a variety of moderately complex issues or inquiries, using manuals, documentation, and a basic understanding of operational processes.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities adhere to safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday
  • Must have 3 years previous experience
  • Comfortable in Variable Temperatures: Ability to work in cold environments and adapt to different temperature settings in the warehouse.
  • Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems, including mainframe downloads, report generation, data entry, and word processing.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve moderately complex issues independently with some guidance.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
