Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily within the call center industry, where you will be an integral part of a team focused on updating customer systems and providing offline processing capabilities during outages.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through outbound calls to schedule system updates.
• Handle scheduled appointments efficiently to perform remote system updates.
• Provide quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately.
• Process customer applications with high precision.
• Manage customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and document customer interactions.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date customer information.
• Utilize your skills in email correspondence to communicate with customers effectively.
• Leverage your technical aptitude to perform remote system updates (training will be provided).• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring a detail oriented and courteous approach at all times.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise messages.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showing versatility in communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, entering data, and using formulas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders.
• Ability to effectively schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars if necessary.
