Hourly Rate: $18 - $23 per hour (Based on Experience)

Are you passionate about supporting students and making a positive impact in the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team in East Bridgewater, MA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, support teachers, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Assist the classroom teacher in providing individualized support to students.
• Work with students in small groups or one-on-one to reinforce instruction and ensure understanding.
• Support students with academic tasks, behavioral management, and social-emotional development.
• Assist with classroom organization, preparing materials, and ensuring a productive learning environment.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with students, staff, and parents.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to implement IEP goals and support student progress.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or special education setting.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students succeed.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state law.

• Hourly Rate: $18 - $23 per hour, based on experience.
