Plant Manager

Job Description
You will have P&L responsibility for a leader in the food industry. You will be a hands-on leader to mentor, train, develop, and coach the leadership team and associates. You will have a dedicated focus on customer service and problem-solving.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all plant operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Mentor, train, and develop the leadership team and associates.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
- Focus on customer service excellence and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain knowledge of food sanitation and maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- 5 years of successful food manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience in training and supervising staff.
- Knowledge of food sanitation and maintenance processes.
- Understanding of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong production management skills.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
