In this role, you’ll take the lead on performing preventative and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and efficient. What You'll Do:

  • Be the Hero of Maintenance: Keep HVAC systems humming by cleaning coils, changing filters, and adjusting belts.

  • Repair with Precision: Tackle plumbing issues, fix locks, maintain furniture, and handle general repairs.

  • Create a Safe Haven: Ensure fire extinguishers and building systems are up-to-date and compliant.

  • Elevate Spaces: Paint interiors and exteriors, handle tenant service requests, and perform handyman tasks.

  • Stay Organized: Prioritize and complete preventive and corrective work orders with efficiency.

  • Keep Safety First: Identify hazards, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with codes and ordinances.

  • Use Tech to Your Advantage: Update work order statuses in real-time using our CMMS system.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on Commercial/Industrial facility maintenance experience, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

  • Strength: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and manage physically demanding tasks.

  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS (e.g., Maximo).

  • Attention to Detail: Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Adaptability: A proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills to Make You Shine:

  • EPA Universal License for HVAC systems.

  • Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

  • Expertise in preventative maintenance for HVAC equipment.

Pay Details: 28.00 to 30.00 per hour
