Our client, on the West side of Jacksonville is seeking a production admin to join their team. As a production admin, you will be part of the engineering department supporting seamless communication between the different sub-departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong technical background and the ability to effectively relay information which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production admin

Location: West side of Jacksonville 

Pay Range: $19.90

Shift: Monday-Friday from 8pm/9pm - 5am/6am

What’s the Job?

  • Act as a liaison between the production superintendent and the various engineering sub-departments.
  • Maintain a detailed schedule of all production projects in MS project.
  • Compile and distribute regular status reports detailing the progress of ongoing production projects.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on project objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Provide admin support to the production superintendent as needed.

What’s Needed?

  • Administrator with preferably experience with production type Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office suite.
  • Working experience in industry or similar field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English. (Mandarin is a plus but not required).
