Member Advocate

Daily Responsibilities for Remote Member Advocate:
Function as an advocate for the Member and a liaison between the Health Plan and Provider(s) to ensure availability and access to care. Establish a community presence, promote Member education, and identify and resolve systemic barriers limiting Members' access to appropriate care.
- Customer service skills (assist members in locating PCP, specialists, and community resources.
- Assist with daily assignments such as PCP changes, ID cards, and electronic mail.
Required Qualifications for Remote Member Advocate:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish, highly preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment required for background, at least 1 year in a call center setting
- Microsoft Word 365, Excel, Outlook

Pay Details: $17/ per hour.
Location: Remote in Navasota, College Station area, Texas.
