Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA private jet charter company in Van Nuys, CA is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant/Ground Support Assistant to join their team The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations and logistical needs of Cabin Attendants. This role will assist in auditing, scheduling, and ensuring that the ground support is streamlined for efficient service delivery.

Pay: $18-$25 an hour
Location: Hybrid in Van Nuys, CA 91406
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm
**There is a possibility of this role going permanent if employee shows steady growth.

Job Duties:
• Assist in auditing post-flight cabin reports and trip debriefs, following up on discrepancies.
• Schedule and track Cabin Attendant availability and assignments.
• Support the sourcing and coordination of catering and trip requests.
• Reset aircraft post-flight and ensure all necessary inventories are replenished.
• Coordinate the use of contract Cabin Attendants for high-demand periods.
• Act as the point of contact for ground support issues, responding to client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, flight logs, and inventory checks.
• Handle administrative tasks, including spreadsheets and communication with stakeholders.
• Assist in general base management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Cabin Attendant or similar role in private aviation is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely as needed.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, Etc.) and operational systems.
