Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry in HIGH POINT, North Carolina. The role focuses on supporting the sales and marketing teams through precise data entry tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in our system.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into the system to support sales and marketing teams
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts to ensure correct data is stored
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all customer orders are entered correctly into the system
• Utilize MS Office to facilitate data entry and other relevant tasks
• Maintain positive attitude and accountability during work hours
• Deliver tasks with a high level of typing speed and accuracy
• Show up on time and display readiness to work overtime when necessary
• Uphold a high level of organization and detail-orientation in all tasks.• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail
• Typing speed of 45 - 60 words per minute
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
