Job Description

The Cleanroom Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day operations in an assembly environment. The supervisor plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

• Coordinate activities of the production departments with sales, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and vendors.
• Review the production schedule and modify as needed to meet expected capacity.
• Review and recommend changes to improve quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain appropriate workflow by monitoring steps of the process including setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
• Coordinate the disposal of hazardous waste and maintain records for annual reporting.
• Ensure compliance in QMS processes, AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 standards as well as all relevant WISHA and OSHA standards.
• Perform inventory and purchasing of consumables and lubricants while maintaining shelf life requirements.
• Read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Assembly supervision experience
• Cleanroom supervision experience (preferred)

Job Type

This is a permanent position; you will be hired directly as a full time employee for this company.

This is a fully on-site position in Issaquah, Washington.
