About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleanroom Supervisor to join our team at Aerotek. As a Cleanroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day operations in an assembly environment. This includes planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities of the production departments with sales, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and vendors.
  • Review and modify the production schedule as needed to meet expected capacity.
  • Review and recommend changes to improve quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain appropriate workflow by monitoring steps of the process, including setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, and facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
  • Coordinate the disposal of hazardous waste and maintain records for annual reporting.
  • Ensure compliance in QMS processes, AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 standards, as well as all relevant WISHA and OSHA standards.
  • Perform inventory and purchasing of consumables and lubricants while maintaining shelf life requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities

As a Cleanroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong workforce positioned to achieve company goals, consistent with budget considerations, and align with staffing plans. You will ensure employees are appropriately recruited, selected, coached, appraised, and rewarded, and take action to address performance problems.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Current or recent Assembly Supervising experience is required and must be shown on resume.
  • Any prior Cleanroom Supervisory experience is highly preferred and considered.
  • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Preston, WA.
