Soliant Education is seeking a licensed and dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time hybrid position near Elba, MI 48446. This role is essential in supporting students across K-12 with initial evaluations, re-evaluations, referrals, and cognitive assessments. With a flexible hybrid work model, this position offers the perfect balance of in-person and remote work, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility.

Position Highlights:

  • Pay Rate: $45 to $50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Schedule: Full-time with a hybrid work option, offering a mix of remote and on-site work.
  • Caseload: K-12 students, focusing on assessments and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Evaluations and Re-Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, providing insights that guide individual educational planning.
  • Referrals and Assessments: Manage and conduct assessments for new referrals, as well as ongoing cognitive and psychological assessments.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Analyze results from assessments to create tailored, data-driven recommendations for IEP and 504 Plan development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a cohesive support network that addresses each student's unique needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Document and report on student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to support student growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
  • Proficiency in conducting a range of psychological and cognitive assessments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.
