Job Description

- Set-up and operate Cincinnati Brake Press machines using materials such as stainless steel and cold rolled steel.

- Prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations, including custom punch/die tooling used with standard tooling.

- Perform complex programming using all press brake features such as bending at angles, offset bends, back gauge transfer between steps, delays, etc.

- Perform math calculations and measure part dimensions using instruments like calipers, protractors, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges.

- Inspect parts and measure critical dimensions.

- Meet production rates.

- Read prints, inspect parts, and complete inspection paperwork.

- Maintain calibrated tools.

- Stand and work in various positions for several hours at a time.

- Lift up to 50lbs.

- Identify areas for process improvement, cost and waste reduction.

- Work safely and follow safety procedures.
