Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Di-acro Setup Operator to set up and operate a manual Di-Acro press brake for sheet metal production.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and prepare a 12-ton manual Di-Acro press brake for production.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

  • Choose and install appropriate tooling and dies.

  • Program machine settings including bend angles, back gauge positions, and tonnage.

  • Operate the press brake to accurately bend, shape, and form sheet metal parts.

  • Monitor operations and make adjustments to maintain quality.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, or six months of relevant experience/training.

  • Experience as a Setup Operator in sheet metal manufacturing.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints.

  • Skilled in using precision measuring tools for part inspection.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures for machine operation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
