Compensation:

$65,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

As a Full-time Holistic Mental Health Psychotherapist, you will play a vital role in our organization, working closely with our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include providing individual and group therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing a wide range of holistic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. You will be joining a team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for mindfulness, personal growth, and empowering individuals on their journey toward mental well-being.


  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to understand the client's mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement a variety of holistic modalities, such as mindfulness practices, creative expression, somatic and movement, meditation, sports psychology, yoga, breathwork, visualization, trauma reprocessing, and energy healing.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, encouraging self-reflection and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of holistic mental health.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing holistic mental health therapy.
  • Proficient in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Certified or trained in holistic modalities such as mindfulness, creative expression, somatic and movement, meditation, yoga, sports psychology, hypnosis, EMDR, breath work, or energy healing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Strong commitment to personal growth, mindfulness, and self-care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting clients' well-being.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-time $58-75.00 per hour, average cumulative of $65,000 - $100,000 per year
  • 25-30 hours per week.
