Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic client engagement to accelerate sales momentum.
  • Build lasting relationships that deeply connect with clients, creating enhanced revenue opportunities.
  • Lead powerful consultations with prospects to understand their real estate dreams, then present properties that perfectly match their aspirations.
  • Design engaging open house experiences to showcase our listings.
  • Oversee the complete transaction journey, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Drive market growth by developing new business opportunities.
  • Establish yourself as a market expert – understand current trends and dynamics, offering authoritative guidance about properties and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Active Real Estate License.
  • Prior sales experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and self-direction.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year.
  • Flexible schedule with Monday to Friday availability.
  • Self-determined schedule with weekend flexibility.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including bonus pay and commission-based incentives.
