About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to provide vital support for middle and high school students in Elizabeth, Colorado. This position offers a unique opportunity to assist students one-on-one or in very small groups, ensuring they receive the attention and help they need to succeed. If youre passionate about making a difference and enjoy working with diverse student needs, this role could be a great fit

Key Responsibilities

  • Flexible Support: Assist with supporting either individual students or small groups, depending on their needs.
  • Caseload: Work with middle and high school students, providing hands-on support in an educational setting.
  • Collaborative Role: Partner with teachers and staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for each student.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience working with middle or high school students is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for helping students thrive.
  • Education: 60+ college credit hours preferred.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
