Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional/Teacher's Aide to provide valuable support to our educators and students. This role will involve assisting in various classroom activities and ensuring a positive learning experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student success.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
  • Paraprofessional certificate may be required (TBD by school district).
