Job Description

You will be operating machinery on a paper converting line making labels for the printing industry. You will operate basic finishing equipment and tools based on established processes and directions. You will follow work order instructions, perform quality tests, and adhere to productivity standards. You will develop an understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine equipment operation under direct supervision. You will learn policies and procedures and apply them in routine activities. You will build productive working relationships internally and resolve simple problems of limited complexity. You will comply with all required safety practices and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery on a paper converting line to make labels for the printing industry.
  • Operate basic finishing equipment and tools based on established processes and directions.
  • Follow work order instructions and perform quality tests.
  • Adhere to productivity standards.
  • Develop an understanding of tools and equipment used in routine machine equipment operation under direct supervision.
  • Learn and apply policies and procedures in routine activities.
  • Build productive working relationships internally.
  • Resolve simple problems of limited complexity.
  • Comply with all required safety practices and regulations.
Essential Skills
  • High school education or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Less than 1 year of experience.
  • Stand Up Forklift experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Printing experience.

Work Environment

This is an industrial work environment. The position is for a Stand Up Forklift/Warehouse Associate II on the 3rd Shift with hours from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday. Candidates will receive a $1 pay raise upon successful completion of the probationary period.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flowery Branch, Georgia.3rd

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
