We're actively seekinga Speech Language Pathologist candidate to join a school district in Lexington, NC . This is an exceptional opportunity for the upcoming academic year.

Location:Lexington, NC

Compensation:47+/hour- based on expereince

Company: ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Lexington, NC,to seek a committed Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year.

Position Type:Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students experiencing communication disorders.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere to promote the welfare of all students.
  • Work closely with teachers, support personnel, and parents to evaluate student advancement and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
  • Employ varied teaching methodologies and materials to accommodate diverse learning preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • State certification or licensure for school-based therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various teaching methods, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
