Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RFP Content/Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a talent for creating clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to meet the requirements of RFPs, proposals, and other technical documents. This role requires exceptional writing, copyediting, and communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and write content for RFP responses, proposals, and other technical documents in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Ensure all written content aligns with the company’s messaging and tone, and adheres to RFP specifications and guidelines.

Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate technical and strategic input into proposals.

Manage the proposal development process, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with stakeholders.

Maintain a library of proposal templates, reusable content, and supporting documents to streamline the RFP response process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.

Exceptional writing, copyediting, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and learn new concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Proposal management experience preferred.

Familiarity with technical or complex subjects and the ability to translate them into clear and engaging content is a plus.
