Position Title: Accounting Specialist

Location: Janesville, WI (Onsite)

Contract Length: 1 Month (with potential for extension)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dedicated Accounting Specialist to join our team in Janesville, WI, on a fully onsite basis. This is a one-month contract role, with the possibility of an extension based on business needs and performance. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in managing day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor and client transactions.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record financial data into accounting systems.
  • Reporting: Generate accurate reports for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education: HS Diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Availability: Must be available to work onsite in Janesville, WI, for the full duration of the contract.
