Patient Care Coordinator

Overview:
As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations and assist other team members as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Schedule (days/hours):12-15 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, including coordinating conference room reservations and preparing meeting materials
- Perform data entry and file management tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed
- Prior experience in an office environment preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation:
$18 per hour
