Core Assembler

Aerotek is hiring IMMEDIATELY for 1st and 2nd shift mechanical assemblers. Candidates must have experience with hand and power tools and be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. All assemblers are cross-trained in a variety of departments, making this an ideal entry-level opportunity to expand your manufacturing skillset
Job Description:
- Work in teams of 3-4 to build industrial radiators
- Operate slitting machines
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to secure builds
- Perform quality inspections, such as leak tests
- Utilize overhead cranes
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Experience working with power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
Shift Schedule:
- 1st shift - Monday through Friday - 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- 2nd shift - Monday through Thursday - 1:30 PM to midnight (4-day work week)
- Overtime frequently available
