Job Description

HR Pharma is adding a new Syringe Line and is looking for Line Associates to join the team. The role involves working 12-hour shifts, with openings on a 4 on 4 off PM schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM at $18.00/hour. Paid lunch and two 10-minute breaks are included.

The Line Associate is responsible for completing tasks associated with the manufacturing process. This individual will generally be completing packaging tasks but may also be asked to do other tasks as deemed necessary by the line lead or management. Tasks include sorting, packing, material processing, and managing the flow of the machine to keep it operational. The machine is nearly fully automated, with exceptions for filling components into a hopper and palletizing finished goods. Candidates must be proactive and good at managing their time.

Job duties include:

- Packing, basic assembly, and assisting in production

- Counting and completing various jobs such as loading material, moving products through production stages, visually inspecting and packing products, palletizing packaged products, and floating to assist in all areas of the line

This is a fully on-site position in York, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a newer building on Concord Road, which is climate-controlled and very clean. The facility packages and ships lubricating jelly used for various medical applications. The recently renovated facility includes a gym with a shower and a new lunchroom. The company has up to 9 lines in the facility. Employees must adhere to strict GMPs, including specific dress codes and hygiene standards. PPE such as hair nets and gloves are provided. The company pays Floor Associates bi-weekly and values manufacturing integrity and 100% compliance with ISO:2003, GMP requirements, and other industry standards.
