We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Urology Associates of Delaware in Dover, DE.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide support to our physician and clinical teams by assisting with various medical procedures, patient care, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Assist with medical procedures, including tech visits, foley removals/placements, irrigations, wound care, and suture removal.
- Provide patient care, including female exams/dilations, and assess walk-in patients for needed care.
- Handle messages generated by physicians, patients, and others.
- Accurately document patient medical information in the EMR.
- 2-3 years of experience in a private physician practice or hospital setting preferred.
- Valid Delaware license from an accredited program.
- Urology experience is a plus.
- Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment with multiple demands.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong customer service orientation.
- EMR experience strongly preferred.
