We are in search of a Utilities Coordinator to be a part of our team within the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Tustin, California. In this position, your primary role will involve managing work orders, coordinating third party vendors, and ensuring smooth communication channels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of utility completion prior to move in

• Maintain a regular dialogue with residents concerning work order schedules, ensuring effective follow-up

• Supervise the work schedules of Occupied Technicians across all markets

• Facilitate ongoing communication with Field Offices concerning Occupied Technician work

• Leverage computer programs and CRM for efficient work order management and dispatching

• Handle inbound calls and billing functions as part of customer service responsibilities

• Utilize Yardi Property Management system for effective management and coordination.

• Proficiency in computer programs, with a particular focus on CRM and management systems.

• Experience with answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner.

• Ability to handle billing functions accurately and timely.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience in a dispatching role, ideally within the real estate and property industry.

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment

• Experience with processing work orders efficiently and thoroughly.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
