We're looking a Growth Project Manager, where you’ll analyze performance across a range of tools, develop strategies, and work with cross-functional teams to boost revenue and optimize our eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance using tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Tableau, Power BI, and others.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose improvements for existing programs or create new strategies to enhance performance.
- Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer to build and execute strategic roadmaps that impact business performance.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to implement strategies aimed at increasing top-line revenue and gross margin.
- Focus areas include customer journey optimization, email segmentation, SEO enhancements, loyalty program development, and more.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience with Shopify is a must.
- Industry experience in retail, wholesale, CPG, or fashion/apparel is highly preferred.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior management and lead cross-functional teams.
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Ads, and project management tools.
- Innovative, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills.
