Bilingual Help Desk Analyst

Bilingual Help Desk Analyst (Level 1.5) who will be primarily responsible for providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities:
• Resolving escalated calls, and emails
• Providing technical product support
• Documenting issue resolution
• Deploying and configuring computer hardware and software

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Help Desk Analyst
• Proficient in managing Microsoft-based systems
• Experience with Active Directory and ability to manage user accounts and permissions
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair
• Veral and written fluency in English and French (Canadian)
