Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Paraprofessional to join our team in Union City, CA for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay starting at $23.50 - $29+. We are looking for candidates with a High School Diploma and a passion for supporting students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in classroom activities and provide support to students.
- Work with students with diverse needs, including behavioral support.
- Collaborate with school staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Behavior experience preferred (RBTs are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to various classroom environments.
