Receptionist

Responsibilities:
• Managing the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, including performing temperature checks.
• Efficiently answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Processing incoming packages and distributing mail to the correct recipients.
• Participating in data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Assisting clients with necessary services such as medication and check-in or check-out procedures.
• Conducting facility rounds both inside and outside the premises to ensure rules are adhered to.
• Covering breaks and lunches for other staff members as needed.
• Restocking day room supplies and managing incoming food deliveries and donations.
• Writing notices when necessary to enforce rules and regulations.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.• Must have prior experience in receptionist duties or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle visitor inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and multi-line telephone systems.
• Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration or related fields will be a plus.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location.
