Machine Operator

Job Description

In this position, your primary role will be to operate machines for the manufacturing of medical nails and screws. You will be working for a Fortune 500 company that is committed to innovation, sustainability, and providing opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities:

  • Loading metal rods into the machines (bending, lifting, standing)
  • Responsible for packaging these medical device products in a cleanroom environment
  • Operating a packaging machine for labels
  • Moving the product down to quality control
  • Packaging medical device products

Must-Haves:

  • Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day
  • Comfortable working in a loud, busy, facility where you can get dirty.
  • Reliable, good attendance, open to being cross-trained

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position located in Monument, Colorado

Shifts & Pay:

1st: 5:30am-2pm ($17.00)

2nd: 1:30pm-10pm ($18.70) 10% shift differential

3rd: 9:30pm-6am ($19.55) 15% shift differential

$3 Pay Raise when you go Permanent
