Job Description

Responsible for operating machines to manufacture medical nails and screws as well as maintaining responsibilities as the Lead for your shift. You will be running 3 or more machines during your shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting-up and operating machines
  • Manufacturing medical nails and screws
  • Loading metal rods into machines
  • Making small adjustments to machinery
  • Helping other Machine Operators or standing in for them during breaks
  • Assist in training new hires
  • Ensuring everyone on your team is wearing proper PPE
  • Walking area, doing quick visual inspections on parts to ensure machines are not producing defective parts
  • Performing own visual quality inspection on parts produced
  • Highly automated facility so machines are run from computer monitor, knowledge of computer aided machinery if preferred

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Monument, Colorado.

Shifts:

Friday thru Monday

1:45pm-12:15am 10% differential

*Will train on 1st Shift Monday-Friday for first week or two*

 Pay:

$22-25/hr. with additional 10% differential

All qualified applicants will be called within 24 hours
