About Us: We are a growing Murrysville-based law firm with over fifty years of experience representing clients in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, and Fayette Counties. We serve clients in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Business Planning.


Position: We are looking for an Estate Paralegal with 2-4 years of experience in estate planning and administration.

General Duties:

  • Coordinate client meetings;
  • Review meeting notes and work closely with attorney in preparation of estate planning documents;
  • Attend document execution meetings and perform post-meeting follow-ups;
  • Attend and take notes during Estate Administration meetings;
  • Prepare petitions, forms, and correspondence with clients;
  • Prepare Inheritance Tax Return, Inventory, and other miscellaneous filings;
  • Manage Estate Calendar;
  • Other duties as needed;

Required: Must have 2 years of experience in an estate practice or equivalent education.


Salary: Commensurate with experience.
