Soliant Education 2024-2025 School Year Contract Position

Location: Coppell, TX (Serving 5 Elementary Campuses)
Schedule: 4 Days In-Person, 1 Day Remote

About the Position:
Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and passionate School Psychologist to join a dynamic team within the Coppell, TX area for the 2024-2025 school year. This position will support 5 elementary campuses in the district. The role is a contract position with petitive pay and benefits.

As a School Psychologist, you will provide critical services including testing, report writing, counseling, and attending ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of elementary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments for students, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral evaluations.
  • Write detailed, accurate reports based on assessment results and observations.
  • Provide individual and small group counseling to students in need of emotional and behavioral support.
  • Offer feedback to parents and collaborate with school staff to develop appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Attend ARD meetings and provide insight regarding assessments and student needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of 504 plans and behavior intervention plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and ply with district policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid Texas School Psychologist certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting).
  • Experience in elementary school settings is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and best practices in school-based counseling.
  • Excellent munication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing a caseload across multiple campuses.
