DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verification that all facility maintenance is performed properly and on schedule in support of the Facilities Technician III or Supervisor. Activities include, but are not limited to:

    • General Maintenance

    • Snow Removal

    • Landscaping

      • Lawn Service

      • Sprinkler System

    • Trash Collection

    • Facility Cleaning

    • Pest Control

    • Fire Suppression

  • Responsible for establishing pneumatic connections to equipment when needed

  • Performance of small facility repair when and if possible

  • Helps to Maintain, clean, and organize common areas of warehouse

  • Maintains Maintenance and Safety logs for machinery

Maintenance Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Your own vehicle, Valid Colorado Driver’s License, insurance verification and good driving record

  • Able to pass Background Check (No felonies within 7 years)

  • Able to pass drug screening (THC will be tested for)

•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees

•Basic maintenance aptitude

•Communication and people skills

•Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

•Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS

• full-time position expected to work Monday- Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

• * Required to provide after hours, weekend and holiday emergency coverage as scheduled or needed.

• Expected to work additional hours in preparation for any upcoming REAC inspection at any or all facilities.
