We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team located in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The HR Assistant will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.


Responsibilities:


• Efficiently process customer applications, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.

• Maintain and update customer records in a timely manner, ensuring data integrity.

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure that all customer records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilize HRMS and ADP - Financial Services for various HR functions.

• Use ADP Workforce Now and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to manage and streamline HR processes.

• Employ your skills in Ceridian and About Time for effective time management.

• Conduct background checks as part of the process.

• Provide support for benefit functions, ensuring employees have access to and understand their benefits.

• Deliver excellent customer service to all employees, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian
• Working knowledge of HRMS and About Time
• Experience in auditing and conducting background checks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of benefit functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
