Adecco is working with our customer, located in North Canton, OH to fill Supply Chain Planner positions.  Our customer is a national manufacturer of Engineered Bearings and Power Transmission Products.  These positions are long term temp with possibility to convert to FTE.  This position is a good opportunity to get in the door at a solid company and grow your career.

Position Overview

Job Title – Supply Chain Planner - We are looking for candidates to perform planning/ordering in Supply Assurance Dept. 

Duties include the following:

•            Exception Management

•            Ordering

•            Expediting

•            Inventory control

 

Skill Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Solid ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in an oftentimes ambiguous environment.
  • Understanding of QSR/GMP practices. Experience using manufacturing ERP systems. SAP experience is a PLUS.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the complete supply chain process. Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning processes and methodology.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills. Quick learner & highly coachable.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience and the ability to deal with plants and vendors.
  • Must have strong Excel skills - we are looking for candidates who can perform confidently:
  1. Editing, Saving and Opening a Workbook
  2. Formatting Cells
  3. Excel Functions – VBA, Pivot, Query
  4. Sorting Data

Pay Details: 19.00 per hour
