Pay - $18 - 24/HR depending on shift and experience


Job Description

As a Solderer Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, reworking, and reassembling products as specified on applicable documentation. You will verify the accuracy of instruction documents and check your work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications through verification and testing. Additionally, you will work directly with supervisors or leads to advise on work-related problems or product discrepancies, record test data and results, and train others in the test and inspection process. You will also assist the Team Lead with planning, inventory control, and product movement.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble, rework, and reassemble products as specified on applicable documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy of instruction documents.
  • Check work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications through verification and testing.
  • Work directly with supervisors or leads to advise on work-related problems or product discrepancies.
  • Perform soldering daily.
  • Record test data and results.
  • Train others in the test and inspection process.
Hard Skills/Qualifications Required -
  • 1+ years of soldering experience
  • Ability to assembly and rework
  • Manual dexterity

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $25.19
