Job DescriptionJob Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant Consultant within the Non-Profit industry. The Consultant will be responsible for supporting month end close, balance sheet reconciliation and managing fixed assets. Additionally the consultant must have experience with Blackbaud. This role will be located onsite in Claremont, CA.

Technical Skills:

- Assist with month end close and fiscal year in audit

- Reconcile Balance sheet accounts (cash, prepaids, accruals, and investment)

- Manage fixed assets in the system

- Strong Excel skills required

- Blackbaud system is required

Soft skills:

- Attention to detail

- Able to communicate at various levels within the organization

- Must be able to work independently

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Skilled in Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Strong understanding of General Ledger

• Ability to handle Journal Entries

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close

• Blackbaud software
