Job Description

As a Quality Associate, your primary role will involve performing quality checks on production units, filing, and making code plates for finished units. You will work closely with both the production and engineering teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Review production documentation for quality and code compliance.
  • Assign National Board numbers to U-stamped vessels.
  • Generate and sign Manufacturer's Data Report certifying code compliance.
  • Generate, copy, and distribute code nameplates to production.
  • Generate customer-requested documentation related to quality compliance.
  • Retrieve and distribute archived documentation.
  • Perform final review of production documentation.
  • Generate new, and revise existing procedures and work instructions.
  • Provide training for shop employees.
  • Process Nonconformance Reports and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Perform internal quality audits and reviews.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with metal stamping and documentation.
  • Proficient in data review.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of pressure vessel code and related industry standards.
  • Familiarity with measurement techniques and equipment.
  • Strong technical writing skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
