Speech Language Pathologist Needed In Dayton, TX
ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Dayton, TX. As a contracted Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. This position offers competitive compensation and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication and swallowing needs.
  • Provide therapy services in various settings, including schools, clinics, and/or homes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapy goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, progress reports, and billing information.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Oregon state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
