Job Description

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This full-time, school-based position is located in Trotwood, OH.


The ideal candidate will conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings. This position also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs, monitoring students' progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.


Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
