Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Fulfillment Specialist (Tier I) to join our dynamic team in the Payroll Services industry. Based in Tempe, AZ, this role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for assembling payroll packages for delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also ensure the security of client information and maintain the readiness of all distribution equipment.


Responsibilities:


• Assemble payroll packages according to client number and prepare them for delivery, ensuring all packages meet quality and timeline expectations.

• Complete all package confirmations and checklists to accurately track and secure package flow and location.

• Comply with all security and audit procedures as required by policy to safeguard client information.

• Record and escalate any issues to appropriate parties to prevent missing or incorrect output.

• Maintain the readiness of all distribution equipment, including regular cleaning and user maintenance.

• Stage packaging supplies as necessary to ensure production readiness.

• Multitask without compromising the quality or integrity of the package.

• Utilize basic computer skills for efficient task completion.

• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 Lbs when necessary.

• Understand and follow simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Proficient in executing payroll procedures and policies.
• Ability to manage and maintain quality standards in payroll production.
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of security protocols related to payroll data.
• Experience in handling correspondence related to payroll queries and confirmations.
• Ability to track and report missing invoices.
• Strong computer skills are essential.
• Experience in packaging components of payroll services.
• Ability to formulate and implement audit plans.
• Familiarity with using checklists to ensure completion of tasks.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be able to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with different departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
