ABOUT REPUBLIC ROOF:

The founders of Republic Roof have been on the commercial roofing scene in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana since 2006. At Republic Roof we believe that your property's condition is crucial to a successful business, and having an efficient, quality roof is a big part of that. Our in-house consultants partner with commercial property owners and managers to effectively meet all their needs, from efficiency and aesthetics, to planning for the future.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform sales activities including canvassing, scheduling appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts.
  • Generate detailed work scopes and contracts for new customers
  • Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers
  • Stay ahead of the curve with product knowledge and sales knowledge
  • Develop and maintain active pipeline through leads, prospecting, referrals, and
  • networking

SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent social/people skills
  • 3+ years’ required experience in Sales, Customer Service or Account Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or industrial sales is required
  • Experience in door to door sales is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have the ability to motivate those around them
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to travel
  • Must have flexible availability
