RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and skilled Inpatient Pharmacist for an exciting contract-to-hire position in Cottonwood, Idaho. This is a travel role with the potential to become a permanent hire, offering a fantastic opportunity to expand your career in an inpatient hospital setting. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care, including dispensing medications, monitoring patient therapies, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage inpatient medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of drug storage, administration, and distribution.
  • Provide drug information to healthcare staff and patients as needed.
  • Monitor for potential adverse drug reactions, interactions, and contraindications.
  • Stay current with pharmacy best practices, regulations, and new treatments.

Shift:

  • Will be determined by client during interview process

Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science (required).
  • License:Active Idaho Pharmaceutical License (required).
  • Certification:PharmD Certification (preferred).
  • Experience:3-5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
