Assignment Specifics:
- Full time
- 13+ weeks temp to perm
- Shift:details and additional information will be provided during the interview process.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate on pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Assist with personnel management, training, and maintaining competencies.
- Oversee remote pharmacy services.
- Coordinate with the medical staff on formulary decisions and oversee the pharmacy and therapeutics committee.
- Manage inventory and distribution systems, including:
- Pyxis system maintenance
- Controlled substance tracking
- Inventory optimization (additions, deletions, returns)
- Purchasing and inter-department sales
- Regional support (e.g., EMS)
- Handling clinic medication orders.
Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science (required).
- License:Active Idaho Pharmaceutical License (required).
- Certification:PharmD Certification (preferred).
- Experience:3-5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
